Content Pipeline

Astrostorie 8-dil icerik uretim/ceviri/kalite pipeline'i tek komutla tam otonom…

A fully autonomous multi-language content production pipeline that creates, translates, validates, and commits content across 8 languages with a single command. It does true transcreation rather than literal translation, enforces a Maker-Checker quality gate at a 95+ threshold, and runs languages in parallel for fast, consistent batch output.

One command, eight languages, full autonomy. Seven Maker agents transcreate in parallel from a shared knowledge base, a Checker scores each output against a 95 threshold, and all locales commit atomically or not at all.

  1. Reads the manifest and loads the knowledge base: which content type, which items, which languages, plus the factual reference set (22 arcana, 12 zodiac signs, planets) every writer must stay grounded in.
  2. Injects a trimmed glossary per language: only the 15 to 20 terms relevant to this batch out of roughly 200 terms across 8 languages, so terminology stays consistent without burning tokens.
  3. Dispatches 7 language Maker agents in parallel, each armed with its cultural persona, the knowledge base, the glossary and the output schema. This is transcreation, not translation: each locale rewrites as a local expert would, never word for word.
  4. Scores every output with a separate Checker agent across 5 weighted dimensions: cultural fit 25, linguistic accuracy 25, glossary consistency 20, persona tone match 15, schema validation 15. Below 95 triggers a retry with feedback, maximum 2 attempts, and persistent failures get flagged for human review instead of committed.
  5. Merges passing content with deep merge (existing fields are never overwritten away) and commits all languages atomically in one commit: either every language lands or none does, no half-finished state.
  6. Verifies in production: polls Vercel until the deployment is READY, fetches the live URLs per language to confirm HTTP 200 and rendering, then reports success or failure per language with token usage and wall-clock time.

Questions · still in the air

Catch what's on your mind.

the air is clear. nothing between you and the forge.
catch a spark: the forge will answer

  1. I do not need all eight languages. Can I run a subset?

It is built around batch multilingual output, so you point it at the locales you want rather than forcing all eight. It runs them in parallel, which means a shorter list simply finishes sooner.

  2. How is 'transcreation' different from a translation that just reads a bit nicer?

Literal translation maps words, while transcreation re-expresses the idea so it lands natively in each locale, including culturally specific content like zodiac or tarot. A Maker-Checker gate then scores each language and holds output to a 95-plus bar before it commits.

  3. Does the 95-plus gate mean I can skip a native review entirely?

Not for high-stakes copy, since the gate catches mistranslation and quality drift automatically, but a native speaker still adds nuance the score cannot fully judge. Treat it as a strong floor, not a final sign-off for your most visible pages.

  4. How is it delivered?

By email right after purchase: ready to run, downloaded instantly, no setup wait.

  5. One-time or subscription?

A one-time purchase; no subscription or hidden fees. VAT (20%) is included.

  6. Can I get a refund?
