Licence
A purchase grants you a non-exclusive, personal-use licence to use the product. You may not resell, redistribute or sublicense the files.
Delivery & access
Products are delivered by email; the file or key in that email is your access. Keep it safe, there is no account-based recovery.
Harness requirements
Agents, combos and the Brain require a compatible harness (e.g. Claude Code) to run; this is stated on each product page and in the guide.
Warranty
Products are provided “as is”, proven on our own work. We do not warrant fitness for a specific purpose beyond what each product describes.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
