Whatever channels are connected in your ManyChat account, flow and content sends go out over those. Subscriber, tag and custom-field management runs on the same line, so segmentation and sending live together.

How does segmentation actually work here?
Tags and custom fields are managed from the same line that sends the flows. Tag the subscribers who clicked a promo, and the next broadcast hits only that warm segment: the decision and the send live in one place, no spreadsheet export in between.

Does it design the flows themselves?
No. Flows are built in the ManyChat editor. The connector finds and updates subscribers, sets their tags and fields, and triggers the flows you already have, it automates around the flow, not the flow's design.
